Is there a problem if a little girl wears red shoes?

Hi,I wanted to ask whether there is any halachic concern—or an issue of modesty, ayin hara, or the like—with a little three-year-old girl wearing red shoes. I’ve heard in the past that some people are hesitant about it, and I wanted to know if there’s any real reason for concern.Thank you very much in advance for your guidance.

A red garment is not considered modest.
However, for a little three-year-old girl, this is not a concern.
