Skipping Some of the Lamentations

Question

For someone who finds it difficult to recite all of the kinot (lamentations), is it permissible for him to skip some of the lamentations on Tisha B'Av?

Answer

Shalom!
The recitation of all the lamentations is not obligatory, and the main thing is to continue reciting them until close to midday.
And the rule is 'it is better to do a little with intention and understanding than to do a lot without intention.'
