Bleeding because of a Hormonal Device

Question

Do we regard the light bleeding that occurs with a hormonal device as if it is a menstrual cycle, or can we ignore it? Thank you very much and Shabbat Shalom.

Answer

Dear …!
Bleeding that is primarily menstrual, even if it is lighter due to the device, is considered as menstruation in all respects.
Light bleedings that occur as a result of the hormonal change, and appear as stains, are considered as a stain, not as menstruation.
