Seclusion behind a Locked Glass Door

Question

I have been accepted for a job in an office that has a glass door, but it must remain locked at all times. Only the boss and I have access codes to enter the office. From a safety perspective, it is forbidden for anyone else to have access to the code. Is this permissible in terms of seclusion (“yichud”)?

Answer

If what is happening inside the office is visible from the outside, there is no prohibition of seclusion.
