Using the same oven for both meat and dairy

Question

I would be glad to know the answer to this question. I have one oven that I use regularly for meat, how can I use it for dairy. Thank you very much.

Answer

Dear …!
It is necessary to check that the oven is clean of any meat, wait 24 hours after the last time the oven was used for meat, and then turn it on for an hour at the highest heat. After that, it is permitted to use it for dairy. If you want to return to using it for meat, you must repeat the process.
