Publishing pictures of little girls

Question

Is one allowed to publish pictures of girls who haven’t yet reached the age of 12? Is it a problem that they aren’t dressed in a completely modest fashion (their knees aren’t quite covered, etc.)?

Answer

Dear …!

It’s not proper to publish pictures of girls older than 3. And this is especially true if they are not modestly dressed. This is true even if you are only publishing it for a very limited group of people.

However, it is acceptable to show these pictures to women in order to show the quality of your work. But you have to make sure that the pictures stay with you and don’t get passed around afterwards.
