Question

I wear skirt everywhere and I wear in seniut fashion. I would like to sign up at martial arts classes they wear pants would I be allowed to wear pants with longer top?

Tzniut is a tremendous mitzva. You should be commended for your care, concern, and efforts to continue to grow in this area.

If there are men there, then one may not be there. If it is women only and no men are present, then you may wear what you feel comfortable.
