Neutering the Cat

Hi I have a cat and want to get him neutered. The vet is offering a service where he is ‘sold’ to an Arab, the procedure is carried out, and I buy him back Can I do this

According to Halacha it is forbidden to do so even by means of giving him medication that will neuter the cat
Sterilization, known as sirus in halacha, is any procedure that renders a person or animal incapable of reproduction. The prohibition against sterilizing animals is derived from the Torah.
