Subliminal Therapy

i am a modern orthodox teenage girl. i use subliminal audios to improve my academic life, social life, appearance, etc. since it is psychological, i assume it is not avodah zara but i would really like a second opinion. thank you

There is nothing wrong with using subliminal audio to help you improve different areas of your life. There is no concern for Avoda Aara here. I would, however, certainly combine your subliminal “therapy” with prayer, asking Hashem for His help as well!
Allow me to add, with warmest intentions, that there is no difference for “Modern Orthodox” Jews or “Ultra-Orthodox” Jews when it comes to permitted or forbidden. There is only one type of observant Jew: The Torah conscious Jew, and it appears that you are one of them!
