Eruv in Ramat Gan

Eiruv mevoot - eiruv on the city street

Question

I live in Ramat Gan on Hahagal Street. Is there a problem carrying in this neighborhood? If so, is there anyone who allows it that I can rely on? Additionally, can a small 3-year-old child who finds it difficult to walk home on Shabbos from the place where we ate be taken in a stroller?

There is the general Eruv of Ramat Gan. There is also some Eruv made by the son-in-law of Rabbi Moshe Fromer, but it’s not clear whether one can rely on it.
