Working as a Secretary during Chol HaMoed

Question

I am a medical secretary in a hospital. Is there anything during Chol HaMoed that I should not do? 2. Writing a diary - to express my feelings and thoughts, which helps me to be better with myself - is it forbidden/allowed?

Answer

Shalom!
Generally speaking, all the records in the hospital are needed for the patients, and they cannot be reproduced later.
Unnecessary work should be postponed until after the holiday.
Writing a diary, if it is needed now, for example, if you are feeling under the weather and it is hard for you to be happy at the moment - is allowed.
If it is just something that is generally good for you, but is not needed now - it is forbidden.
