Two Days of Yom Kippur Abroad

Question

Is there a concept of fasting for two days of Yom Kippur abroad?

Answer

Greetings,
There is no such concept, as the sages did not establish it, and today we are proficient in determining the days properly. (That is, our calendar does not depend on moon siting in the Land of Israel as it was at the time of the Mishnah. Rather, we use a set calendar; therefore, there is no doubt as to the date of Yom Kippur even outside Israel.)
