Blowing the Shofar by the Mohel

My brother is a Mohel. Is there any significance if he blows some of the obligatory Shofar blasts?

There is no mention of the Mohel blowing the Shofar. However, it is mentioned that if the Mohel is the one blowing the Shofar, he should leave the blood on his mouth so that the merit of the circumcision mixes with the merit of the Shofar blowing.
Even so, the Mishnah Berurah wrote that one needs to clean the blood from the place where he places the Shofar, so there won't be any obstruction. And he should also wash his hands before the Shofar blowing.
