Joining a Minyan for Selichot

Question

Is it possible to recite Selichot where six people will recite and another four will join them without praying with them, and only respond with the Thirteen Attributes of Mercy, and do those who join need to recite the Aramaic sections?

Answer

Dear …!
It is possible for people who have already said Selichot to join the others so as to complete a minyan (a quorum).
It seems that there is no obligation for everyone to say the Selichot in Aramaic, but since they recited the main Selichot with ten people, the ones who are actually saying Selichot can recite them in Aramaic.
