Curling the Peyot by a Woman

Question

A few days before a boy's Bar Mitzvah, they want to have his Peyot (sidelocks) curled. Is it permitted to have this done by a woman who is not a relative?

Answer

Shalom!
It should be done by a man, not by a woman.
