Bathing for a Postpartum and Nursing Woman after Tisha B'Av

Question

Can a nursing woman or one who just gave birth bathe right after the end of Tisha B'Av?

Answer

There is no explicit permission, but if they are weak and need to bathe, one should rule leniently in their regard.
[The laws of bathing pertaining to this period are more lenient than the ones pertaining to Nine Days].
