A Past Heart Attack — Fast of Tisha B'Av

Question

Peace and blessing. A few years ago, I had a heart attack and underwent two stent procedures. Today, my condition is stable. I have a high sugar level of 135. I am receiving drug treatment. Do I need to fast and if so, when should I stop?
