Fasting with Severe Migraine

Question

Greetings and blessings! I suffer from fibromyalgia and severe migraines. During a severe migraine attack, even a strong neurological pill does not usually help. The attack usually lasts for two days. Unfortunately, I have been in a severe attack since yesterday. I considered going to the emergency room for it. Should I fast? Can I try to start fasting or am I taking a risk that the pain will intensify again? Thank you.

Answer

Shalom!
You should not fast.
