Fasting for a Woman Suffering from Premature Labor Pains

Question

I am revising my previous question, after speaking with the woman in question. She’s a 39-year-old woman pregnant with her tenth child, week 33. She 'always' has premature labor pains during pregnancies. Currently, she is also under stress due to a medical situation in her family where her 17-year-old daughter is hospitalized for a long time due to kidney dysfunction. The woman fears that due to the stress she is experiencing during this period, it will cause her to have premature labor pains if she fasts. Does she need to fast?

Answer

Shalom!
She should not fast.
