Laundry after Tisha B'Av that falls on a Thursday

When is it permitted to do laundry this year, when Tisha B'Av falls on a Thursday?

Shalom!
If possible, one should start doing laundry no earlier than Friday morning. But if one is pressed for time, it is permitted to launder immediately after the fast.
