Laundry during the Nine Days for the sake of children

Question

Is it permissible to wash clothes for children (up to age 7) during the Nine Days in a regular manner, even if it is not certain that they will be needed?

Answer

Shalom!
You’re only allowed to wash what is needed for these days.
There is no need to stick to the minimum, and what you think you will need you can launder. But what is clearly not needed, is forbidden to wash.
