Epilation Treatment During the Nine Days

Question

Is it permissible for a woman to have an epilation treatment during the Nine Days, i.e., hair removal from the forehead, (this is not a first-time treatment, but part of a series of treatments)?

Answer

Shalom!
If possible, it is best to wait until after Tisha B'Av.
If it needs to be done with a specific frequency, and it is not possible to delay, it is permitted.
