A woman who gave birth a week and a half before Tisha B'Av

Question

My wife underwent an emergency cesarean section at 36 weeks of pregnancy due to preeclampsia. Does she need to fast if she gave birth a week ago?

A woman who gave birth within thirty days before Tisha B'Av, does not fast.
