Haircut for a Gentile during The Three Weeks

Question

Is it permissible to give a haircut to a gentile during The Three Weeks and The Nine Days?

Answer

Shalom!
Until the week in which Tisha B'Av falls, it is permitted.
During the week in which it falls, it is forbidden.
