Haircut on Rosh Chodesh - Forgot to Cut Hair Beforehand

Question

I usually do not cut my hair on Rosh Chodesh, following the custom of Rabbeinu Yehuda HaChasid, and I have my brother-in-law's wedding tomorrow. I forgot to cut my hair before Rosh Chodesh. Can I get a haircut?

Answer

Shalom,

It is not permissible to be lenient.
